Susan's primary role in the business: All manors of production including large format printing, die cut vinyl along with garment printing and embroidery. Susan's other 'hat' is she is also our Finance Director.
When did Susan join the team: March 1999 🗓
What did Susan do before joining Impact: Susan was a supervisor for a vending machine company. Prior to that, she worked in a bakery.
Hobbies / interests: Susan enjoys family days out and meals out with friends. She likes social media and relaxing in the garden. 🏡
Qualifications: Intensive embroidery training. Susan is also First Aid trained
A fun fact about Susan: She is a lover of 80s rock music 🤟

Hobbies / interests: Beach trips with friends, family and her little dog Pippa 🐶 Holidays abroad & going out with friends. Likes to relax with a glass of wine! 🍷
Qualifications: A Level in Business Studies & Graphic Design. Level 3 qualification in Management & Level 3 NVQ diploma in Customer Service. She is also First Aid trained
