Impact Signs cuts frosted vinyl into any shape or style. We can remove lettering or logos from the vinyl, so only those parts remain clear on the glass. This method helps you stay compliant while improving the look and function of your space. For example, it can create privacy screens or add borders to windows, doors, and dividers. Light still passes through, but the area remains discreet.
These graphics are common in spas, restaurants, showrooms, and shop windows. They also work well in offices where dividing space is needed without blocking natural light. Unlike permanent solutions, frosted graphics come off cleanly and don’t damage the glass.

Fonts:
- All fonts must be either sent with the file or converted to curves/graphics/paths
Colour matching:
- We use a 6 colour digital printing process (C,M,Y,K,Lc,Lm), this is the most accurate digital process available, HOWEVER we cannot guarantee an exact match to Pantone colours.
Please advise of any critical colours required and provide Pantone or RAL references.
It is advisable to provide a colour print together with any files provided on disc. This precaution protects against missing data from files and also against noticeable colour shifts.
Legal Requirements
Frosted Manifestation is one of the most cost effective and easiest ways to ensure you are up to date with the latest manifestation legislation and comply with current building regulations.
If you have any full height glass in windows, partitions or doors, you must ensure that it is marked correctly with glass manifestation to make sure that it is made apparent. Glass manifestation is designed to help make glass obvious which can prevent injury if somebody was to walk into the glass.
The Building Regulations 2000 : Part M states that glass entrance doors and glass screens will satisfy requirement M1 or M2 if
a) They are clearly defined with glass manifestation on the glass at two levels; between 850mm and 1000mm and between 1400mm and 1600mm above the floor, contrasting visually with the background seen through the glass (both inside and out) in all lighting conditions.
b) Manifestation takes the form of logo or sign at least 150mm high (repeated if on a glazed screen), or a decorative feature such as broken lines or continuous bands, at least 50mm high.
Maintenance & Tech

All our internal signs are:
- UV stable (fade resistant).
- Waterproof.
- Virtually maintenance free
All you may have to do is to clean with soapy water and a sponge if required. That’s it!
