In many occupations safety is a priority. High visibility work wear ensures that everyone can be clearly seen.

Impact signs can print your corporate logo onto a range of fluorescent work wear which can incorporate reflective bands. All products in this range are compliant with Health and Safety requirements relating to the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992. The application of reflective strips will meet the requirements of BS EN 471 which relates to safety clothing.

In addition to logos, we can print names, job roles and project or sponsor details onto high visibility t-shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts, tabards and jackets.

Our Hi Viz clothing has been worn by motorcycle and cycle instructors, civil engineers, council representatives, builders and many other professions. If safety is a priority in your workplace, then speak to us about practical high visibility clothing solutions.

fourIf you provide the artwork, we’ll pre-flight check it for you and you pay the deposit
fiveWith your approval, we’ll get cracking on with the production.
sixWe’ll soon be back in touch to arrange fitting/delivery/collection.
We will never proceed with production until you are entirely happy with the artwork and will always provide a proof (unless the artwork is supplied by you).

Care Of

All prints are guaranteed for the life of the garment, providing the ‘care of’ instructions are adhered to.

How to care for your garments printed with Flex-cut
Wash at no higher than 60 degrees centigrade. Iron on reverse only. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent. Medium tumble dry only.
How to care for garments printed in full-colour onto light coloured garments only (LL)
Turn garment inside out. Wash at no higher than 30 degrees centigrade (warm wash cycle). Iron on reverse only. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent Do not tumble dry
How to care for your garments printed with reflective
Wash at no higher than 60 degrees centigrade Iron on reverse only Iron on reverse only. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent. Medium tumble dry only
How to care for your garments printed with full-colour onto dark garments (LD)
Turn garment inside out. Wash at no higher than 40 degrees centigrade (cold wash cycle). Iron on reverse only. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent Do not tumble dry

Spot colour (Flex):
Reflective:
Impact ‘flex’ a superb new product, Newly developed high quality cast polyurethane film with a matt reflection free surface, available in a wide colour range. Suitable for most fabric types, Washable up to 60.C degrees and suitable for dry cleaning.
Impact reflective is yet another innovative new product. Designed to greatly enhance the night visibility of the wearer. Conforms to EN471 legislation. Only available in silver.
Full colour light:
Full colour dark:
The original ‘transfer’ process, this is often used as a budget option for simple text but it’s real success is that it will print stunning full colour photos and logos at a really low price. The minimum quantity is one!
This is a brand new product in the Impact range. It enables full colour printing onto any colour garment. Generally more expensive, but produces stunning results.
Here at Impact Signs we can print in full colour onto light or dark coloured garments. However it is worth remembering that due to the different processes involved it is always cheaper to print onto light coloured garments.
